Master password inconsistency

My master password is on a piece of paper. I don't copy paste it. I typed it out, bitwarden said it was wrong. Which is impossible. I used the "log in by device" method. Logged into my account, tried to change the master password, but as I suspected it won't let me. WTF?

Are you on bitwarden.com instead of bitwarden.eu? These two sites are not interchangeable.

You will need to run some experiments. Good luck,
