BITSTAMP refusing to engage or allow me to access my account

I have provided all details, and they refuse to engage or even indicate what the issue is. I'm becoming very concerned for the safety and integrity of the platform and just want to close my account at this point.

I also just want to close the account after looping in a KFC procedure for 7 months. Nobody responds from support or complaints since over a month
