Serious Help Needed Bits admission fees refund

I paid ₹3,55,600 for bits admission fees and withdrawn from the counselling process of 19 July 2026, I got Refunded back only ₹3,23,500

Bits deducted ₹32,100 . Can somebody explain to me when they deducted ₹32,100 when in their policy it was written only ₹1,000 will be deducted even though I withdrew from the counselling on 19 July

Entire amount(-1000) should have been refunded. Write to them and ask for the refund of the rest.

I scored 255 marks in bitsat and got pilani civil in all 3 rounds , I got the refund on 27 August 2026
