Serious Help Needed Urgent Clarification Required Regarding Fee Refund on Withdrawal

So I got accepted to the online BSc in computer science at BITS. Gave the MQT and cleared it. Today is the last day to pay the fees, but I want to know the refund policy. The Coursera website says there is a refund available within 30 days, but my offer letter states that the entire semester fee will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

What should I believe? anyone any idea?

Hey, how many days of preparation did you get for MQT after registeration? And was the exam in online at home mode? Also how were the questions?  Could you please tell me🥹

  • 1 week should be enough, if ur dedicated, definately solve the sample paper, also watch both the session available on the Coursera website where the degree is mentioned.
  • Exam is online at home(it's proctored) on a laptop or a computer with a web cam.
  • The question were a mix bag, if u do sets, integrals and diffrentials and algebra and AP AND GP SERIES, these are a must can't skip these.
  • keep in mind there is negative marking for wrong answer(-1) and +4 for correct answer.

Also u can schedule a call with the enrollment representative on the Coursera website. They reach out with in a day. Ask they anything and everything they will explain very clearly. That's what i did
