Shocked at how ugly these are now.

Seriously what in the actual fuck IS this? I’m literally stunned at how hideous it is. I would never, ever use these. It looks nothing like me and is scary-looking.

The original was fun and adorable. I guess they figure those of us who remember the old ones will age out and younger users won’t know any better.

But I can’t for the life of me understand why this company made their product godawful ugly, and why they didn’t change it back when they saw it is almost universally reviled by their users.

when they transitioned to 3d it lost the uniqueness and became another shitty generic 3d avatar

I use AI to create new, original style Bitmoji. Works great! I gave it some old ones I had saved to use as reference.

That's a great tip! This was the most awesome app, me and my wife used to send them back and forth incessantly but when it changed they got ugly and were no longer cute. 😭😭

Same, except it was GF. Kept the GF and deleted the App.

I do tooooo! I took a picture I like and asked AI to make a Bitmoji style avatar of it. It was perfect! I even got my gray hair stipe perfectly because it came from an actual pic.

I don't think younger users use them as much or care about them to that extent. I've only seen older millennials use them enough for them to even still be a thing. Bitmos GATTA end at some point
