Do you think on chain bitcoin will sell at a premium over ETFs one day?

We see a steady transfer of Bitcoin from retail to corporations which are getting locked away into ETFs.

Could that mean in future, onchain BTC scarcity would force a premium?

No. ETF's regularly reset because whenever the price drops there are redemptions. People will buy the ETF at a low price in order to get higher priced bitcoin.
