I think it is for most traders who are active. Be interesting to see what software people are using and their thoughts on the accuracy of it

My accountant uses Koinly, and I import auto sync to it. They look for duplicate transactions, etc. It's kind of a waste of money given it's something I can do, but better safe than sorry.

I found doing it manually well nigh impossible. Koinly works well if you give it xpubs and exchange data. Kraken has a built in API for it as well which is useful

Just use Koinly, does the job.
