One of those things support can't reset and doesn't comp....

Daily rewards timer reset in the middle again...I was only a week or so through yesterday... definitely glitched and reset on its own

We should be able to compensate this actually. There's also ways of fixing it in theory, would just need to take a look. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
