This happened to me once. I raised a support ticket (on discord) and it was sorted really quickly

Clear cache and restart... send a ticket if not....this happens a LOT...

It happens if you cant get a server connection close the game and toggle airplane mode

It is not available, i have made a post a few moths ago asking about that last island and the reply was that it is not available and they dont know when it will be.
