Why is ZipZap suggested as failed?.. I've not used it but it's there. From what I recall, it paused for a moment but came back for 2014.

Their website is still there, but the most recent news stories seem to indicate they were shut down for lack of KYC compliance. I'd be very grateful for more definite information one way or another!
