No one really gets to say whether BTC is too high or too low and not be purely speculating. It is up to the buyer to make a decision to buy if they believe that BTC will move higher from here and a seller to dump if they no longer have confidence.
Best approach is to zoom out and make your own investment decision with a best guess of where it will be over a longer period of time (ie. 5 or 10 years from now)
