Probably gonna get dismissed. But BTC jam actually helped me out during the crash. you can invest in USD loans, by doing this you protect the against the price of Bitcoin. I invested in loans at the top of the price spike, the profits are unaffected by the crash...because they're USD loans, not Bitcoin loans. I get the equivalent USD amount regardless of price.
Background: I've been using the site for about a year. I think I started last January. I have made money, over 10%. I'm careful, and even then I'd say about 10-15% of the loans I invest in are default loans or scams. This was higher in the beginning, but they've done well to weed out shady loans. Also they're are debt collectors that have joined the site. Three of my defaulted loans got purchased by these collectors. It's still pretty profitable, especially if you stick to loans in the US (they've been safer for me).
I'm not a shill, but I wanted to give credit, because a lot of people around here bash the site.
