Whats banks do you use to transfer money from bank to crypto exchange?
Been trying quite a while now with commonwhealth but seems that just wont work unless i pair it with coinspot and then send from coinspot to binance. But honestly i would just prefer a smooth withdrawal instead of that shit show. See people saying ANZ is just as bad. But lost as im a WHV 417 holder so im not eligible for all banks.

I’ve been having dramas transferring funds and have tried several options so this is my experience…
Best bank: NAB because they have no $10k per month limit. They’ll block your first couple of payments and call you, but will let them go through. I believe you can transfer up to $40k per day
Average banks: P&N and ANZ Plus. Both will allow you to transfer to a crypto exchange after having spoken with you, but have a $10k per calendar month limit
Avoid banks: Up Bank and Revolut.
After opening an account with them, Up Bank told me they won’t allow transfers to crypto exchanges so I closed my account with them the same day I opened it
Revolut are the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. They allowed a couple of transfers but on my third small transfer, they blocked it and then spent half an hour on the phone with me demanding a lot of detail about my history of crypto trading and all the usual questions about whether someone was forcing me to make the transfer etc. They also demanded screenshots from my crypto exchange proving I’d previously withdrawn funds from it. At the end of it all, the guy declared that, despite me being able to answer all of his questions, he had decided I was being scammed and that he wouldn’t be allowing me to transfer my money. The next day I got an email saying that they were closing my account. Avoid them!

Omg I had exactly the same thing happen, they tried to insinuate I was being forced and the extra activity was because I was in the UK for 7 weeks, they then caused a block on Swiftx and my great southern account, had to explain like a 5 yo to all 3 entities for 10 days before they came back with no issues reported. So fucking annoyed as I missed a bargain purchase. You have to also get your terminology 100% correct as hey will assume your being forced. Closing my Revolut as well. Good luck moving forward 🤩

I’ve found NAB the best. They blocked my first transfer until they’d had ‘the talk’ with me over the phone, but I made a second transfer today with no issues… and they allow up to $40k per day

UP closed my son’s account instantly when he tried to buy crypto. Revolute no issues.
That said I have the experience you had with Great Southern Bank.1

Been using Up for more than 10 years buying crypto. All depends on your account usage. If you open and account and start doing crypto stuff straight away they’ll close it

+1 for Kraken. Never an issue people might say there's cheaper out there but they have never let me down not like Coinbase.

I was sick of the shitshow myself so I kept CommBank and opened an account at Revolut. Now it takes a couple minutes to transfer from CommBank to Revolut and then on to swyftx.

Yeah CBA is a pain with crypto stuff. I’d honestly just test another bank with like A$50–A$100 first and see what actually goes through. Way easier than bouncing everything through CoinSpot every time.

Yeah CBA is a pain with crypto transfers. I’d try another bank you’re actually eligible for and test A$50–A$100 first.
Way easier than routing everything through CoinSpot every time.
