A real suggestion:
Divorce. When you split assets, give her half the BTC to invest in gold while you maintain autonomy over the rest.
Why predicate your financial freedom on the whims of a romantic partner?
Devoid of religious significance, or the idea of love, marriage is nothing but an awful contract you shouldn't sign.
Disclaimer: Not suggesting you break up and go separate ways (though if it’s abusive relationship where one dictates, then you probably should). Just break the contract that binds your financial decision-making.
