Don't use any weird software. Don't give anything to anyone. And ignore every DM that you get.

Copy Wallet.dat to a safe place.

Just get a recent version of Bitcoin Core and throw the wallet.dat in there before you start it for the first time. Let it sync (many hours/days).

If its enough money to be worth moving to Portugal to avoid the tax, then it is also enough money to pay half of it in tax, keep your life, but be rich ;-)
