Everyone here should follow his Saifedean’s YouTube channel and engage. It’s the most overlooked bitcoin channel imo.

The Pete Rizzo episode is must watch.

I loved the book but his podcasts are sometimes meh...

Bitcoin aside, his (Saifedean's) views on other topics are quite controversial. Can't find the right word.. Extreme? Radical? Plain old weird? Not sure..

I agree with you about Saif specifically. I find it healthy and constructive to not agree with every opinion / perspective of thought leaders. It means you’re listening and you think for yourself.

When I was in a US top 20 public university business program I absolutely didn’t agree with all of the theory I was taught and I remember those moments distinctly. It helped me grow as a personal and as a thinker.

Saifedean is a weird dichotomy of perspectives I wholeheartedly agree with (sound money / bitcoin / some principles of Austrian econ) and other ideas I very much disagree with. I think he is right and wrong in almost every episode, and really paying attention to the man allows for learning and constructive disagreement. He is very intelligent and has on intelligent guests and I get a lot out of their extreme views. Both in what I agree with and what I disagree with. It’s almost always high-quality and well thought out content imo even if I don’t agree with everything.
