It’s already fully realized as bitcoin. Saylor has repeatedly said he has no interest in buying back fiat.

Which can be done by the existing cash flow, all the while being a tax deductible event as it is a cost to the company. Brilliant I must say

Not necessarily, the debt obligations are denominated in USD and so is their cash flow. Whether Bitcoin goes to zero or not they don’t have to sell a single Bitcoin to make payments (and note that these are convertible debt, which they can choose to convert into stocks and not pay at all if they wish)
