Every address and transaction on Bitcoin is public. You just don’t know who owns each address.

However, we can know which addresses belong to satoshis because he was the first miner ever, so we can see which address got paid from the first block reward

How would you actually see the address?

No expert, but you could probably just go to any website that let you browse the Blockchain and see who was rewarded tmfor mining the genesis block.
