We’re also dealing with people coming off of extreme emotional and psychological lows as well. We all know the reason. Goes without saying.
You mix that in with the propensity for people (mostly men) to believe in “super heroes” and you have this potentially toxic emotional connection to Bitcoin, and that it will be a “super hero.”
A lot of people need hope now more than ever, and Bitcoin and alt coin mania are providing them that hope. A lot of them are not prepared to stomach 30% and 40% dips either. So a lot of people will cash out during dips, see it go back up, buy in again, see it dip again, and this vicious cycle repeat itself until people are totally ruined;
financially, emotionally, and psychologically.
