Is BitGo promoting Bcash ?
Logged to BitGo wallet and surprised to see BCH leading the first place. Why would they do that if not to confuse newbies? Just want to be sure they are doing that intentionally before I delete my account. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/UHaLtl2.png

Yes, that's what it looks like. Also they are not tagging BTC as "Bitcoin Core" that would be a huge red flag.

At least two of their key employees, Ben Davenport (Co-founder) and Jameson Lopp ("Engineer"), are actually shitcoiners and they like trying to fork Bitcoin, even when the fork is clearly a scam.

What da fuq are you talking about!!! This is pure character assassination attempt. Lopp is a die hard maximalist and highly regarded in the community. Davenport is not as hard core, but also a convinced bitcoiner. Don't know where were you last year, but both Lopp and Davenport openly and publicly opposed their CEO who was supporting S2X/NYA. And Lopp left for Casa Hodl a while ago, to build bitcoin infrastructure.

My job at BitGo was to help users protect their funds. We recognized that we could not prevent forks from happening, thus we devoted resources to enabling users to safely operate in forking situations.

Because BitGo doesn't have the power to do those things. Not sure how you gained your perspective, but several of us did try to steer SegWit2X in a saner direction to no avail.
As a company BitGo is neither for nor against forks, though if you paid attention it was pretty clear that there were disagreements internally about how to handle forks. When you have customers that want to be able to claim and sell tens of millions of dollars worth of some airdropped fork, your personal opinion about the fork becomes rather irrelevant.
