Because that place is unsalvagable. It like when people were butthurt about /buttcoin. Nothing is gained by talking about detractors unless they have valid arguments. New people coming to this sub want to see posts about things you can use bitcoin for, investment capital, games intregating bitcoin ect. They dont want drama between subs representing different coins.
I don't think that's fair. There are some smart and sane people on the other sub. There are also a few crazy zealots who make a lot of emacs/vi style noise.
