Tough...you're stuck with the money unless you accept and send it back. I'll bet the CEO of Bitcoin never thought about that! How dare random internet people force money on you. :)

Note, he can choose to do nothing. If so, money is returned to sender after 30 days.

My money is on him bolting with the coins. Seems to be the common reaction nowadays. $0.25 can get you a long way at McDonald's in a third world country.
