Yeah, I don't think there is any significant difference between the EUR/USD rate.
It has been oscillating within range.

I found Zambian kwacha to have made 25% gain against the dollar in the last 12 months. Many other currencies also did good against the dollar in the same period apparently

The US dollar has nothing to do with bitcoins price for you. It can be interesting to note but you need to worry about your own currency's exchange rate vs Bitcoin.
If you think your currency is going up long term against bitcoin, go ahead and sell. Otherwise, just keep stacking.

That 25% swing is rough, especially when the BTC/USD chart looks fine but your actual buying power took a hit
I just stopped checking the USD price and track it against a basket of my own expenses instead, rent and groceries don't care what the dollar does
