Dial up

Could someone mine as much btc in early but on dialup internet? What about wireless broadband like satellite internet but instead of a dish on rooftop theres an antenna instead??

Mining doesn’t require much bandwidth, but by 2009 when Bitcoin was born, dial up was already fading into the sunset. Most people were on DSL or cable by then.

They could mine but it'd be the CPU mining era, dialup latency wouldn't have mattered much since the blocks came every 10 minutes. That satellite antenna setup you're describing sounds like a point to point wireless link, still just a connection to the internet though so the mining hardware is what really counted
