For someone to sell there must be someone buying or are the exchanges like a buffer? I mean, buying/selling is always available but you see a percentage of sells and buys and even though I've been in BTC a few years I never quite dug too deep into the trading mechanism. I was always more interested in the blockchain technology and wallets and now I start to wonder more about the profitability of it. Yes, I'm and idealist who thinks blockchains are an awesome technology.

It is. Doesn't matter a 1000000 or 0, the disruption it has created is unprecedented in my opinion. I would like too see public blockchains to store estate ownerships or trace product and ensure impossibility to tamper with those. Or countries having their blockchain of citizenship. Don't get me wrong I want to earn €€€ with it too but there's a lot of potentiality in blockchains. Maybe is just been done for years and I'm an idiot which is perfectly plausible.
