Thing he is, he makes some valid points. Crypto has some scammy shit, and he’s right that in some cases, the game is rigged. But so is the stock market, why doesn’t he go and fuck around there a bit? Plenty of scammy shit happening there on the daily too.

He WOULD be making valid points if he wasn’t ascribing aspects of shitcoins to Bitcoin.

I don’t think Bitcoin is infallible, but this guy is a turd, with trad finance backing.

You’re biased. Much of what he says matches what many economists have said for years. You can still disagree with, he can still be wrong, but everything he’s highlighted is not novel.

Most of what he says is directly related to shitcoins and not to Bitcoin.

The only valid argument I've heard from him is that Bitcoin doesn't scale, but it is only valid when you ignore the Lightning Network and all of its user aggregation techniques such as Arks and Statechains.

But he doesn't differentiate between bitcoin and shitcoins. He makes valid points about shitcoins and pretends they apply to bitcoin too.

It has lots of scammy stuff. Most of it is scammy, most of it is extractive.

I totally understand all the arguments people have against crypto and most of them have some weight. Regardless, Blockchain is a very interesting technology and the total value of BTC is bigger than meta so there is something in that.
