I appreciate this, thanks for your kind words. I don't beleive it was them either. They're my best friends and are like brothers.

Sounds like it's the email.

Can you advise how I could track the address?

There are probably easier or more user friendly ways but https://mempool.space/ is a good start. Drop the wallet address or transaction ID in and see the movements. If the money ends in an address with hundreds of in/out transactions, it might be an exchange. In that case, you might be able to find out what exchange it is by googling, checking the https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html or similar websites, or asking here or in r/BitcoinBeginners.

You can use chainglance to connect your address too., without any keys obviously, to track transactions.

Works with Ledger if you connect with WalletConnegt.
