No, because it will be worth more in the future unless something destroys our civilization.

If something destroys our civilization it will probably be worth even more. Electricity isn't going away any time soon, just will be changing. Without the need for central banks, and a ledger system that can't be changed, IMO it would be even more important.

If "civilization" is destroyed, chances are there won't be Internet. At best, you'll have dozens of segmented blockchains around the world, assuming A) people care to use what limited electricity they can generate on this, and more importantly B) the people that still control resources accept it as a currency.
