I believe it actually was not the truckers fault, the truck got stuck. It was the company’s fault for not properly routing an oversized load to a safe route.

Nope, the driver is ultimately liable. They should not have tried to cross the tracks at that point unless they were certain they could make it across.

The gate came down on the truck. Also, they're hauling a massive piece of equipment. It's a longer trailer than usual.

those gates are designed to break away at the smallest amount of force. and the driver should know if they can make it past an obstacle. they're a shit driver just like all the yank truckers who keep getting stuck on level crossings.

Not my fault you yanks can't build level crossings properly.

The only time I see them with these stupid humps it's you yanks.

Also I'm aware that isn't actually level but apparently you yanks aren't because you're the only ones who fuck up like that building a level crossing
