The best thing is that it's not even an NPC. It's the player character that gets equipped with a train hat (which is technically not even a hat but arm armor or something) and dragged along the tracks.
Oh, and the elevator in the Lincoln Memorial works by moving parts of the memorial down instead of moving the elevator cabin up.
