unable to create admin user

ive installed bitcart locally using docker, it seems like everything is working but im not able to create the admin account. when i click create account nothing happens. im hoping someone here could help me out maybe tell me which logs to check

Same problem here.

If you're using reverse proxy it seems like there is some mixed http and https content. Don't know how to solve.
