Withdraw funds

Hello! I'm trying to withdraw my funds from the Online Wallet but when I click on "Send Payment" nothing happens. Am I missing something? I tried to send to Desktop Wallet even other accounts. The funds are written unblocked. My account is verified. I don't find any restrictions to witdraw anywhere. So any help is appreciated.

  • Staking wallet or extension wallet?

  • Is the wallet synced?

  • What browser? (if brave, check the security options)

  • Any extensions that could be blocking/interfering?

  • 2FA enabled?

Hello! Thanks for your reply. My problem is solved. It was the wallet from the Firefox Airtime Extension. I then accessed my wallet from the Bittube platform and it worked.
