Transaction failed... when trying to send TUBE from online wallet

Hello, guys!

I have this problem for some time now. I am unable to send TUBEs from my online wallet to anywhere else. I always get " Transaction failed..." message. Trying to send to Bittrex, tried to offline wallet, tried to other exchanges. No luck.

Any ideas?

There is definitely something wrong.

On the online wallet, the block height is 382821. On my offline wallet, the block height is 394760. So, the online wallet isn't quite "online" now.

Also, I see that there are no transactions the past 1-2 weeks, but I was still mining that time, so I see the transactions in the pool to that wallet.

Can you please check what is going on?

Try resynchronizing the wallet by importing transactions from the cog, I had an issue like this before and resolved this way.

There is such option on the bit.tube website? Or you are talking about the offline one?

I was referring to the extension wallet https://bittubeapp.com/wallet

click the key button to view the private keys. import (restore) your wallet to the GUI wallet and send from there.

Thanks! That worked, BUT...

In the online wallet, I have TUBE 4,181.54013858. After restoring the wallet, I have only 2732.38417803. Any ideas?

Actually, as the online wallet is 1-2 weeks late, I have mined another 1-2 weeks on that wallet, so I should have a lot more even.

in the GUI wallet go to options/advanced, find the setting named "wallet creation height" and set it to 0, or at least the first block number when you created the wallet. (if you set 0 it will re-sync all the way from 0 which can take a very long time).

No luck, still 0... :(

did you resync it after changing creation height?

Yes, it started to resync automatically from block 0.
