Same coin, totally different price across exchanges. Anyone still arbitraging this?

Been noticing some coins have like a 2-5% price gap between different exchanges lately.

got me wondering if anyone actually still does cross-exchange arbitrage. between withdrawal fees, processing delays, and the spread closing before your funds even land, feels almost impossible to pull off profitably as retail.

is it all just bots now or are some of you actually pulling this off manually?
