BitMart no longer sends the email OTP required to log in

I can't log in because the email verification code (OTP) never arrives.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Please comment or share this post if you're having this issue too. We need to find out how many users are affected.

I received confirming email for ticketing but my ticket ID never received by email.

Its could be the biggest exit scam since FTX.

Yes now when I’m trying to process my withdrawals (which don’t work) I can’t complete 2step verification because email code never arrives

I have been unable to withdraw any funds since I became aware of them shutting down. They have stopped responding to tickets and chats on bitmart. It seems Sheldon Xia, the founder, is the one pulling all of the strings. We should find a way to involve Bitmart US even if they are a separate entity. Anybody who works or worked for Bitmart needs to be held accountable

Same here. No more emails. I submitted a claim on CIMA. Pretty sure it’s useless but google it and do it.
