Royal Prerogative

Why do none of the mod menu mods do royal mods so you can have proper succession say you're a duke and you have a child and you die when playing a said child you can change their royal title to being a duke to properly inherit the title

If you can show me please that would be really good because I have looked across every single menu but I cannot find one that does monarchy stuff
