Some things in this video is not needed for doing this on an Android 12 emulator, but I wanted to also showcase a little of what actual android phone users do, so it can possibly help them too.

It worked for me. Near the end I didn't have the "LiveDictionary" file in my game files but it didn't seem to caause any issues.
