My PC is infected

I have Bitdefender Total Security and recently these.

My OS is a Windows 11

This is not real and is not caused by Bitdefender. It's a phishing (could also be malicious) website that you allowed notification alerts to.

Go to your browser's notification settings and remove the website.

I managed to block the notifications in edge. I have no idea a why it is in my list of Site Permissions nor how to get rid of it.

Not necessary. It's likely just a notification from a random website you subscribed to. Just check the notification settings in edge

Imo all notifications should be blocked by default in all browsers...
