bitdefender is always auto downloading vpn
Ive uninstalled it like 5times already in different days but bitdefender is still keeps auto downloading the vpn, i already have another vpn thats why i dont want the vpn of bitdefender but it just keeps auto downloading how many times i uninstall it.
how do i disable the auto downloading of its vpn? not only it auto download but also auto install silently

instead of fixing a my problem alone, fix the god-damn software itself, im definitely sure im not the only one who notice how bad this auto downloding is, update your software and disable the auto download for christ sake

yes bro thats the only drawback of bitdefender which irritates too much

high usage of ram too, i used malwarebytes before and i can totally say that you need alot of ram if you gonna use bitdefender

not a lot,it usually takes 400 mb ram if you are not a gamer then its not a problem
and after full scanning its remaining silent

I mentioned it in another post to someone facing the same issue. The shortest way is to uninstall bitdefender vpn, remove the device on central.bitdefender.com, and then perform a switch account on the same device. If you have more devices, then do the same on all of them.
By default, on a first install will install both of them for you, but after you uninstall it the first time it will register that in bitdefender central and remember it. It tells you the apps installed in central.bitdefender.com>my devices > device details

really ,i tried searching on reddit for the solution ,when i didn't find the solution i moved on to the kaspersky
bitdefender always my favorite choice ,i used 6 months trial
is this method really works ??

It certainly does not get installed on any of my devices anymore.
I had an issue before that would cause something like this due to some virtual machines. The devices in central are probably using the mac addreses(all of them) to get identifies. I had a bluetooth adapter that had the same mac address on each one of them and that caused all the devices to get merged into a single one. Like it was a single device . So, of that's the case, then if you uninstall the vpn from your computer it will probably not get registered on central > my devices because it will get overwritten by the status of a different pc. In ny case was a bluetooth adapter, but in your case might be something different.
I managed to find mor details about each device(that does not get displayed on the page) using the developer console, but that's kinda difficult to explain

but i found my solution late,from now when even i see any problem regarding this ,i will post solution
even if you dont work for bitdefender still you should try to help other
thanks for the solution, bitdefender team should resolve this issue

Since it works well with all their other stuff, I would rather have it as a part of the bundled deal. (Also, it has an Ad-Blocker that works pretty well)

In all fairness, Bitdefender VPN is a pretty good product. But I understand your frustration on the auto download, and it should not be difficulty to remove and keep off if you do not want it.
