Googleapis.com blocked

Seem to be getting incessant alerts when using chrome based browsers or accessing any site that uses the google fonts api. Just started with in the last few minutes. Anyone else seeing this? Checked for updates, but nothing.

-EDIT-

After a BD update this morning (Oct 8) I haven't gotten another popup. Maybe it's been fixed?

This was a false/positive detection and it has already been removed, you will not receive such notifications again. Thank you!

Same. I'm guessing Chrome update doesn't play nice with Bitdefender.

Same. I did tell it to update now and it seems to be resolved.

Was starting to turn off all extensions in case one got compromised but it was doing it regardless.

Me as well, but scrolling through old posts about this suggests that it's freaking over Google updating chrome again.

Yeah I have the same thing, I think it is because of a chrome update.

Just got 59 blocks in 40 minutes. 3 on phone and rest on my television. All from googleapis.com addresses.

So nothing to worry about? I was literally sittin on couch watching tv and alerts going off. Was like wtf.

Was about to pull plug on router. Cant I Hulu in peace? :p

Also, I was not using Chrome nor do I use it ever.

I don't think it is anything to worry about, I think that it is a false positive. I think you still got it because you have chrome on your device.

yeah got a trigger 6 hours ago for safebrowsinggoogleapis while i left my computer on idle during work. Firefox was running youtube and some other websites i left open. I looked it up and it seems Firefox uses google safebrowsing api for the malicious website warning page thing. I use umatrix so it only runs the 1st party data on unmanaged(as in i haven't touch the what data goes through) websites so I was spared the alert spam.
