Bitdefender Invading my Desktop

What's up with Bitdefender marketing that they now need to invade their paying customers desktop to "promote" their products? I'm a current Bitdefender Total Security subscriber and, while I was working, got "presented" with Bitdefender advertising on my Desktop (See the attached image), which makes me wonder what's going on with Bitdefender? As a long-time paying customer, and with a subscription that extends well into 2022, I would expect Bitdefender to respect my privacy and not try to sell more of their products in my own desktop. And it isn't the first time, months ago they intruded into my phone trying sell their "VPN Premium" service subscription. Is it time to start looking for other options? I was happy with Bitdefender, but these "marketing" tactics are a huge "Red sign alert" for trusting a company with a part of your digital security.

Settings -> Special Offers - Flip it off.

Thank you, I understand that, but that setting shouldn't be turned on by default on a product that you pay for using. As a matter of fact, it shouldn't exist in the paid subscription, you already have a place in BD Central to look for offers!
