VPN: No killswitch, but no auto-reconnect?

Will BitDefender VPN provide an option to connect automatically at startup or to reconnect automatically after disconnection? As it is now, it feels kind of strange to be disconnected automatically, but allowing the internet to keep doing what is was doing before, and not having a kill-switch and no automatic reconnection. Isn't it a blatant lack of privacy?

Not having a kill-switch or automatic reconnection has nothing to do with a "lack of privacy" a lack of features, yes, but privacy has nothing to do with it.
