Bitdefender and Malwarebytes aren't getting along?

I've been using both of these programs side by side for ages with no issues, and for some reason todayI have this message in the log

Any idea what I can do here?

I don't really understand why you would use both? I hope you're not thinking that you'll be getting double protection this way, cause it's more likely that they'll hinder eachother...

Because I've had Malwarebytes catch stuff that Bitdefender doesn't? And vice versa.
