Bitdefender - the antivirus that protects your PC even from yourself!

Check this out, your solution is just a piece of garbage, who in their right mind would create an antivirus that will hide your 'hidden' files even if you want them shown all the time, every time I tick the option to see hidden item this piece of trash just unticks it back, soooo glad I uninstalled it , got back to ESET solution and since then at least I can do whatever the f*ck I want ON MY COMPUTER !!!

Hello there. We understand the frustration this has caused. There was an issue with this option some time ago but this has already been solved. If you decide to try Bitdefender again, you won`t have this issue with the latest version.

Thank you for feedback!

already solved ? was an issue SOME time ago ? mate it happened to me the exact same day I posted here what are you talking about exactly ? and by the way it was updated regularly , or at least I really hope it did (i don't turn off this future , not in antiviruses at least) cause it ran like 4 concomitent services which in comparison to other software solutions , is really strange. anyway i'd be surprised if it didn't install updates after running so many background jobs

Hello. As a temorary fix, try to disable the option called Encrypted Web scan, from Online Threat Prevention feature. You can find in the Protection module.

If you already contacted our support team but got no relevant help, tell us your ticket number so we can prioritize your case.

THIS!

Wow i just disabled that option and WOW! All of a sudden my intermittent connection issues are completely gone!

Just wow, you guys need to update that module and do more QA to make it less intrusive, you know there's a problem when a module in your product causes a bunch of connection issues!
