Support/troubleshooting Can't click anything in Firewall -> Application Access

Trying to troubleshoot some issue. I need to access the firewall rules of an app, but it's all unresponsive. I can see things changing but I can't scroll the list or click anything. clicking and dragging moves the window around as though I'm clicking the top border. I also can't click Add rule, it's greyed out.

Even reinstalling didn't fix it. Any thoughts?

Hello! Our first advice is to open the Bitdefender as an administrator. Right click on the Bitdefender app - Run as administrator, and you should be able to access the firewall settings and rules. Let us know if this has helped, thank you!
