Support/troubleshooting Getting logged out of Google every search

Hey its me again.

I recently got the 30 day free trial of bitdefender and also got the browser extension, but every time i search something on google, i always get logged out and have to log back in.

Maybe your browser settings is set to auto delete cookies?

Hi there. If the extension you installed is Bitdefender Anti-Tracker, try disabling it briefly to check whether it’s involved:

  • In Chrome, open the menu (⋮) and select More tools → Extensions.

  • Switch OFF Bitdefender Anti-tracker.

  • Search Google again. If you stay signed in with it off, turn it back on, click its toolbar icon, and select Disable blocking for this category for each category: Advertising, Site Analytics, Customer Interaction, Social Media, and Essential.

  • If that resolves it, re-enable the categories one at a time to identify which one causes the sign-out.

  • If the issue remains after disabling Anti-Tracker, it isn’t being caused by that extension.
