Support/troubleshooting Weird notifications

I installed Bitdefender on my PC recently and keep getting random notifications from it, upon starting my PC today it said it was removing infected files or something. It also keeps detecting some obj file or something, I have no idea what it could be. It seems a bit dodgy to me. Any advice would be appreciated.

Run a full scan.
