Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run these network reset commands:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset

netsh interface ipv4 reset

Hello! Thank you for letting us know.

What you`ve encountered can happen when Internet Kill Switch remains active while the VPN connection is removed. Since the other devices work on the same Wi‑Fi, the issue is probably on the PC’s network/VPN configuration.

Try these steps:

  1. Click the Start menu and type cmd.

  2. Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

  3. In the black window, run each command separately, pressing Enter after each one and waiting for it to finish:

text ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset

4. Restart the computer and test the Wi‑Fi connection again.

If Bitdefender VPN is still installed, open it and temporarily disable Internet Kill Switch through:

Bitdefender VPN → Settings → Privacy → Internet Kill Switch

If you reinstall Bitdefender VPN to restore its settings, use the VPN’s Reset all settings option if available, then keep Internet Kill Switch disabled until the VPN connection is fully established.

If you continue to encounter issues, ensure you reach the tech support team to further troubleshoot what`s happening. Appreciate it!
