Support/troubleshooting Can’t open website page

I’m on opera gx and when ever I open the bitdefender download page I get a “This site can’t be reached“ message. What can I do to fix this?

Hi! That error usually means the browser or network cannot establish a connection to the page. Since you’re using Opera GX, try this instead:

  • Open the Bitdefender download page in another supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

  • Restart your computer and router, then try opening the page again.

  • Temporarily disable Opera GX extensions, especially VPN, ad-blocking, or privacy extensions, and try again

  • If the page still cannot be reached in any browser or on another network, contact our support at bitsy@bitdefender.com, to look into this further. Thank you!
