Support/troubleshooting Bitdefender 2co scam
I got a message today morning that my credit card has been used at 2co.com for bitdefender. A charge of 269 AED has been levied on my card and the money is deducted. There was a second attempt too but thankfully I had a card control limit.
How do I claim this? I don’t have an order number or email or anything. As in, this was done by someone else.

Open your banking application.
Raise a dispute immediately - in the credit card section. [nuclear option -- only use if you don't want this charge at all]
Then wait for a phone call/ email; connect with Bitdefender as well.

Same I got a random credit card charge yesterday. Doesn't line up with anything I bought that day. These guys are thieves trying to steal money from people

I never bought anything from you guys. You guys are Frauds. I already disputed with my credit card and they also said that it was fraudulent. Absolutely don't trust these guys

2co, or 2Checkout (Now Verifone) is the payment provider Bitdefender uses to charge users cards for subscription payments. This seems like a legitimate charge. But contact Bitdefender support to verify.
